Salem Glen Vineyard and more

Last weekend the RavensFire band played at the Salem Glen Vineyard and Winery. This was the band’s first visit to the vineyard, and it was a wonderful experience. The band’s old and new friends filled every table and chair. Some were singing along with the favorite Irish songs like Danny Boy and Fields of Athenry. Many enjoyed a glass of good wine and a nice cheese plate.

The afternoon set the mood for next weekend’s St. Patrick’s Day celebrations at Charlies Eatery and Pub and the Four Daughters Vineyard. Some of our friends weren’t able to make it to Salem Glen, so we hope you’re able to come over to Charlies or the Four Daughters on the 17th or 18th. We will have a lot of fun!

One more thing … The People’s Food Co-Op in Rochester has asked us to join them Thursday afternoon (March 15) to sample their Irish food (Reuben, whisky and more) and share fun traditional music. Find out more about the celebration on their website.
