The RavensFire Band enjoyed every performance of 2019, and we are looking forward to a fantastic 2020. Many thanks to all the people who saw us over the holidays and enjoyed hearing some Christmas tunes done in a traditional folk style. We sure had fun working up new songs and reviving familiar ones. Seeing so many of you sing along told us you were having fun, too. Here are a few pictures to reminisce about.
RavensFire entertained the lunch crowd at Shops at University Square as they contributed to the Salvation Army Red Kettle Campaign.
One of our favorite places for dinner and wine is the Four Daughters Vineyard and Winery. You can find several upcoming dates at Four Daughters on the RavensFire calendar.
Jazz trumpeter Les Fields joined us at Taco JED for a set of Christmas music. The whole place was on their feet singing along to Felix Navidad!
Les sat in for a couple of songs again at A Year With Frog and Toad.
The RavensFire association with the Absolute Theatre continued with their fund-raising event in December. Look for us with the Absolute Theatre again at the Elder Network Murder Mystery in February.
The band has had the privilege of playing for several private parties, including this Christmas celebration. We love sharing life events with new friends. Give Melissa a call now to add some fun music to your event.
Our calendar is filling up quickly, especially for St. Patrick’s Day celebrations! In the next couple of months you can find us at house parties, Celtic celebrations, a Robert Burns Dinner and several pub events. Check the RavensFire calendar to see what fits your schedule. We love to see our friends and meet new people.
